We order our lunch and snacks through a professional catering service and they are able to accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements that include vegan, vegetarian and gluten free, along with accommodations for food allergies.
Please notify us in advance of your tour if you do have food requirements so that we can pre-order this for you.
Guests are also welcome to bring their own food if preferred.
At our boarding location on the Cairns Marlin Marina D-Finger there is paid parking available at the Pier, which is located directly behind the marina. The gated entry to the D-Finger is wheelchair accessible.
There are a few steps to navigate to board the vessel to the main seating areas, and to access the on-board toilet. The vessel also has marked potential hazards for added visibility.

All areas of the vessel are open and there is bench seating available on the main deck. We also have bow nets to relax on and are accessible throughout the tour. We require guests to remove shoes once on-board as a safety precaution.

We conduct all snorkelling & SCUBA diving directly from the vessel, and enter the water from our swim platform located at the stern of the vessel, and use a ladder to exit the water once you have finished your in-water activities.

Reef Daytripper is a family friendly vessel and we offer a family package for 2 adults and two children. At no time during our tour can our crew independently supervise children, we ask families to ensure a parent, guardian or responsible adult is with children in your group at all times.Our tour is suitable for children aged 4 and up.

We do not recommend our tour for heavily pregnant guests, infants or toddlers.
We provide prescription masks with -1.5 to -7.5 dioptre lenses at no extra charge. You are welcome to try the prescription masks we have available to find one that suits.

We use visual aids during our briefings to add emphasis to important information and to ensure your experience is enjoyable and informative.
